How to Return an Order
To return an order of honey, bee pollen, royal jelly, propolis, or bee supplements from Eleuxa, follow these steps:

Initiate the Return:
- Email us at returns@eleuxa.com with the following details:
- Order Name-Surname
- Invoice Number or Order Number
- Order Date
- Return Shipping Address
- Reason for Return
- Name and quantity of the item(s) being returned
- Email us at returns@eleuxa.com with the following details:

Return Label and Shipping:
- We will provide you with a return label within 24 business hours.
- Securely package the unopened items and proof of purchase.
- Attach the return label to the shipping box.
- Deliver the package to your mail carrier or drop it off at the nearest shipping location.

Processing Your Return:
- Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will process your request for replacement, store credit, or refund.
- Please allow at least 10 days from receipt of your item(s) for processing.
- Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card company.
- You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Gift Returns:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will process a refund to the gift giver.
Return Conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be unopened and in their original condition.
